Pop Warner league to hold golf tournament
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Havelock Pop Warner has scheduled a fundraising golf tournament for 1 p.m. Sunday at Carolina Pines Golf and Country Club.
The format is four-person teams, and the cost is $200 per team. A meal is included in the cost of the event.
Havelock Pop Warner is also seeking holes sponsors for the event. A $100 sponsorship includes a banner at the tee box, listing at the awards ceremony at the conclusion of play and placement on the Pop Warner Web site at www.havelockpopwarner.com.
Money raised from the event will go toward the purchase of new equipment.
