Mattie Worthington Dail, 88, of Greenville, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.
A native of Craven County, she worked for the military intelligence division and for 32 years was employed as a digital computer systems administrator at Cherry Point, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Epworth and Chapman’s United Methodist Church. She enjoyed NASCAR auto racing.
Services will be private.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Dail-Mohammadi of Greenville; two sons, Bill Dail of Goldsboro and Lewis Dail of Gates; one sister, Fay Worthington of Ayden; and two granddaughters.
