Authorities are still searching for two men they believe were involved in a robbery and high-speed chase on Wednesday night.

Daryl Hill, 25, of Havelock, is wanted for felony flight to elude by speed, aggressive driving, felony accessory after the fact, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer, reckless driving-wanton disregard, and no operators license, according to a release.

Havelock police were able to identify Hill as a suspect because he was required to wear a GPS anklet bracelet as part of his probation with N.C. Probation and Parole. Authorities said Hill cut the bracelet off as authorities were in pursuit.

Hill, a registered sex offender, is described as black, 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, and was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and tan trousers.

The second person, described as a person of interest in the case, has not been identified.

Havelock police did make one arrest in the case. Marvin Lovell Norris Jr., 19, of Havelock, is charged with felony larceny from a person, possession of a stolen firearm, resisting a public officer, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Havelock Police Chief G. Wayne Cyrus.

Norris is in the Craven County Jail under a $20,000 bond.
