Havelock police seek suspect in 19 vehicle break-ins


Mark Anthony Parker-Stallings, 20, is wanted by Havelock police on warrants charging him with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, identity theft and misdemeanor larceny.

Havelock police are searching for a suspect involved in 19 vehicle break-ins earlier this week.

Mark Anthony Parker-Stallings, 20, is being sought for his alleged involvement in the break-ins that occurred during the early morning hours of Monday and Tuesday in the Slocum Village housing area, according to a release from the police department. Stallings was last seen with a relative, Justin Michael Parker-Pickens, according to the release.

Investigators have obtained warrants charging Parker-Stallings with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, identity theft, and misdemeanor larceny, according to the release. Items taken during the vehicle break-ins include iPods and tablets, cash and change, credit cards, and wallets.

Police report that the vehicles from which items were taken were not locked or secured.

Police are seeking more information on additional suspects who have yet to be identified.
