Nominations are being taken for the 2013 I Love That Lady award recipient.
The award is designed to recognize women who give of themselves and serve others without seeking recognition. The recipient receives a donation that goes to a Craven County charity of her choice on behalf of the nonprofit I Love That Lady organization.
Charities must be located and operate in Craven County, be a 501C and be in compliance with all state admissions.
Nominations should include the individual’s name as well as a paragraph on how the person helped create better opportunities for others, gave unselfishly or mentored others as well as any other qualities.
The deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. on Saturday.
