ARRESTS

The following people were arrested on felony charges by law enforcement agencies in Davidson County, and, unless noted otherwise, were either placed in the Davidson County Detention Center or released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on the date given:

• Kristin Baisden, 26, of 142 Cope Lane, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, obtaining property under a false pretense, forgery of an instrument, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000 secured bond. March 29.

• Misty Bates, 43, of 1854 Hoover Road, was charged with habitual larceny, $5,000 secured bond, May 18.

• Edward Beaty Jr., 28, 142 Cope Lane, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, and forgery of an instrument, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, $5,000 secured bond, March 29.

• Wesley Brindle Jr., 44, of 23 Leonford St., was charged with forgery of an instrument, felony obtaining property under false pretense, $1,000 secured bond, May 3.

• Tony Chavis, 59, of 1011 Owens Road, was charged with two counts of habitual larceny, $1,000 secured bond, May 18.

• Dwayne Hailey, 45, of 711 Westside St. Ext., was charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $4,000 secured bond, May 18.

• Thomas Wiggins, 39, homeless in Lexington, was charged with habitual larceny, $1,000 secured bond, May 18.

• Codi Fields, 23, homeless in Winston-Salem, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, $10,000 secured bond. April 12.

• Brandon Mccormick, 26, of 614 Grand St., High Point, was charged with possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, $10,000 secured bond, May 3.

• Adam Miller, 28, 204 Ingel St., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and misdemeanor larceny, $5,000 secured bond, April 28.

• Timothy Hulin Jr., 30, of 3498 Old Highway 109, was charged with failure to appear or comply, $100,000 secured bond, April 10.

LARCENIES

The following larcenies more than $1,000 were reported to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office and the Lexington Police Department:

• A cement mixer valued at $1,500 was stolen from a home on the 9000 block of Highway 150, Clemmons, between 5 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 p.m. Friday.

• A Toyota Corolla valued at $9,000 was stolen from a street on Hillcrest Drive between 8 a.m. Thursday and 2:45 p.m. Friday.
