Together with their parents, Loni M. Watson and Marcus Jahmeel Williams are announcing the upcoming celebration of their marriage on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 4:00 in the afternoon at 200 Peachtree Street N.W., Atlanta, Ga.
After the wedding, the happy couple will be honeymooning in Europe. They will begin their trip in Barcelona, Spain, followed by stops in Rome, Florence, Venice and Sicily, Italy before returning home.
Loni received a B.S. degree in Psychology at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Md., and a Master of Science degree in Applied Experimental and Engineering Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. Jahmeel received a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fla., and dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration (MBA) at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.
The couple has relocated from Seattle, Wash., to Atlanta, Ga., where Loni is employed with Microsoft Corporation as a User Experience Researcher and Jahmeel is employed with Lockheed Martin as a Senior Operations Engineer. Loni is the daughter of Mrs. Alene Watson and Mr. Basil Watson of Bronx, N.Y. and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gray of Brampton, Ontario. Jahmeel is the son of Mrs. Lorena Jordan Williams and the late Rev. Woodrow Williams Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., and the grandson of Mrs. Molissa B. Jordan of Burgaw, N.C.
