Sign of the times

A crew member with Reece Signs from Goldsboro works to secure the Wal-Mart sign in front of the new store Thursday morning. The workers needed just a few minutes to hoist the sign with a crane and place it on top of the pole that had already been placed in the ground. The new Havelock Wal-Mart SuperCenter is schedule to hold a ribbon-cutting at 7:30 a.m. Friday for its grand opening.
