Comments 0 | Recommend 0Due to current real world conditions, MCAS Cherry Point will implement tighter security and parking for the 2007 Open House and Air Show. These procedures are designed to protect you and to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience aboard MCAS Cherry Point.
When arriving aboard the Air Station, we ask that you pay strict attention to road signs and directions by Military and Civilian law enforcement personnel.
There will be designated entry points to enter the flightline. These will be the only points that spectators will be allowed to enter. Please for your safety and ours do not try and enter from any other point.
All spectators, civilian and military will be required to go through security screening. This screening will include passing through metal detectors, security wands and random searches. Please be patient and cooperative with security personnel, they will attempt to make the process as quick as possible. Again this is for your safety and ours.
