Meet Roxy

Roxy Cleopatra is the pet Pug of Miriam Adkins of Havelock. She said her family got the 5-year-old dog from a breeder in Havelock after they saw the breed in Whiteman's Engraving in Havelock. She said her son originally had the idea of getting a dog, and she's glad he did. Adkins said Roxy is a very sweet dog and very protective. She said that when her husband was deployed, the dog even consoled her daughter by lying on her and licking her face. Adkins said Roxy does not like going out in the rain but enjoys sun bathing on a hot summer day.
