Memorial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Fuiten Rose and Hoyt Funeral Home, Forest Grove, Ore., with the Rev. Darrell L. Roberts officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date at Visitation Parish Cemetery, Verboort, Ore.,
He is survived by his parents, Jason M. and Tanya A. McCormick of Forest Grove, Ore.; one sister, Alison Marie McCormick, of Forest Grove, Ore.; grandparents, John and Barb Hess, of Forest Grove, Ore., Michael McCormick of Kansas City, Mo., and Theresa McCormick of Havelock; great-grandmothers, Anita Vandecoevering of Forest Grove, Ore., and Evelyn Hess of Cloverdale, Ore.; aunts and uncles Talia and Jesse Hansen of Portland, Ore., and Michelle and Jason Runion of Havelock; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Johnathan Michael McCormick Trust Fund at the Forest Grove Branch of West Coast Bank.
