Leona A. Trowbridge
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Leona A. Trowbridge, 82, of Newport, formerly of Great Bend, Pa., died on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, in Johnson City, N.Y.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, Pa., with the Rev. Donald Littleton officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Charles R. Skiba Jr. and wife Delida; two daughters, Dorothy Scalzo and husband Douglas, and Sharon Saxe; two sisters, Louise VanDusen and Jane Lindow; five brothers, Harold, Edwin, Charles, Franklin, and James Bryant; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles R. Skiba Sr.; her second husband, Leonard T. Trowbridge; two daughters, Kathryn Salansky and Karon Trowbridge; one brother, John Bryant; one sister, Betty Lucia; and one grandson, Jason Salansky.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
