Walter Joseph Kincaid

Walter Joseph Kincaid, 72, of Havelock, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at his home.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday at the National Cemetery, 1711 National Ave., New Bern.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dorothy Louise Kincaid of Havelock; two daughters, Thelma Hunt of Havelock and Belinda Hyland of Tulsa, Okla.; two brothers, Jack Kincaid of Olean, N.Y., and Gerald Kincaid of Portville, N.Y.; two sisters, Mary Alice Gaylor of Hinsdale, N.Y., and Peggy Petrillo of Belfast, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Woodbridge Funeral Home, 908 Lake Road, Havelock.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, P.O. Box 331, Havelock, NC 28532, or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
