Comments 0 | Recommend 0Lorenzo George, 59, of the Craven Corner community of Havelock, died Saturday, April 19, 2008.
He attended Craven County schools and was employed as a brick mason.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Craven Corner Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Earl Jones and Laura Frazier officiating.
Burial will be in the Harden Thomas George Sr. Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Ida George of Havelock; one daughter, Tonya Jackson of Morehead City; nine brothers, Tollie Frazier, Donald George, Iziah George, Harden T. George III and Timothy George, all of Havelock, Harden T. George Jr. of Moss Point, Miss., Dennis George of Newport, and Vincent George and Vernon George, of Lake Charles, La.; three sisters, Vera Frazier, Mary George and Alvina Brockington, all of Havelock; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 200 George Road, Craven Corner community, Havelock.
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Oscar's Mortuary, New Bern.
