Patricia Leigh Elledge, 71, of Peletier, died January 7 at Carteret General Hospital. She was born October 11, 1937 in Annapolis, Md. to the late Ryland and Blanche Carr France.

She is survived by a daughter, Melissa Lusby, of Swansboro, a son, Joseph “Joe” Lusby, of Swansboro, and a brother, Richard “Bob” France, of Rock Hill, S.C.

Her brother, Ryland Murray France, preceded her in death.

No services are planned.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 7020 A.C. Skinner Parkway, Suite 100, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256

Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City is handling arrangements.
