Frederick James Clapp

Frederick James Clapp, 58, of Newport, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at home.
He was born on May 3, 1951, in Detroit to Shirley Sangston Clapp and the late Leonard Clapp.
He is survived by his wife, Lesa Clapp of Newport; two brothers, Stephen Clapp of Pinckney, Mich., and Susan Cowherd, Arlington, Va.; and his mother, Shirley Clapp, Ann Arbor, Mich.
