Princess Buttercup

John and Lynne Mestas of Havelock admit to having an unusual cat. They describe Princess Buttercup as a ‘pound kitty' and say she doesn't meow but rather squeaks. They say the 8-year-old tabby likes to travel and goes camping, boating and fishing. They say people are amazed when they see the cat on these trips and that she doesn't mind wearing a leash so she can be outside. Indoors, the couple says Princess Buttercup enjoys company and is always looking to be where they are in the house. They say having Buttercup around is a pure joy and they describe her as ‘the best cat in the world.'
