March 13

 

Kevin Arje, 29, of Havelock, was arrested for assault on a female, destruction, damage or vandalism of property and simple assault

Miley Strong, 36, of Havelock, was arrested for all other city ordinance violations.

 

March 16

(First name unknown) Richards, 52, of Havelock, was arrested for driving while license revoked, an emergency vehicle violation, reckless driving, speeding more than 80 miles per hour, speeding to elude arrest and a red light violation.

 

March 17

 

Shelley Stocks, 44, of Havelock, was arrested for identity theft.

 

March 18

 

Shashawnda Fenson, 21, of Havelock, was arrested for assaulting an employee or holder of state office.

Anita Larken, 44, of Havelock, was arrested for driving while impaired.

Edward Barnes, 48, of Havelock, was arrested for second degree trespassing.

Richard Duff, 23, of Havelock, was arrested for urinating in public.

 

March 19

 

Jonathan Elliot, 18, of Havelock, was arrested for breaking or entering a vehicle, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.

Christopher Shamy, 18, of Havelock, was arrested for breaking or entering a vehicle, felony conspiracy, felony larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
