Lina Bell Bowlin

Lina Bell Bowlin, 84, of the Harlowe community, died Sept.10, 2008, at Britthaven of Newport.

She was a member of the Church of Christ of Morehead City.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Gethsemane Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar Ralph Bowlin Jr. of Harlowe; one son, Edgar Ray Bowlin of Banner Elk; four brothers, Edsel Bell of Harlowe, Carl Bell of Hughsville, Md., David Bell of Raleigh and Roger Bell of Conyers, Ga.; one sister, Eloise Turner of Harlowe; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.

Memorials may be made to the Church of Christ, 209 Barbour Road, Morehead City, NC 28557.
