  • I have fingers crossed weíll spank liberals in the 2014 election. Lordy, I hate to see the country disappear right before my eyes, but itís being chipped away at an alarming rate.
The latest insanity involves Uncle Sam having a say in who lives on my street. George Orwell must be grinning somewhere.
Iíve been told by a few committed liberals that people like me are finished. They figure they have enough folks eating at the government trough to carry their national ticket on forever.
That may very well be true. Obama has successfully pursued his dependency agenda at every opportunity. I donít know if an electorate tipping point has actually occurred but nobody can argue that the political teeter-totter is getting heavier and heavier at the socialist end.
Itís sad. The mere fact that Obama is still in office is somber testimony to the power of his huge core coalition of the clueless enhanced by lethargic masses who didnít even bother to vote.
I donít want to believe the country is lost but conservatives must use their brains and not get involved in circular firing squads like one estating within that party. The silliness at hand is a ridiculous plan to trade debt ceiling increase for Obamaís healthcare takeover.
Thatís a no-brainer stupid fairytale and so unnecessary. Obamacare contains the mechanisms of its own self-destruction, so conservatives should let socialist poison do its work as it always has. The host isnít immune.
The administration isnít Jethro stupid. It can read and cipher. Delay of the employer mandate was strictly political, relieving 2014 Democratic candidates from defending the indefensible.
Socialized medicine is a poor substitute for what we have now. But liberals worship big government so want to replace it with federal rationing under the guise of spreading health services to all.
On your next doctorís visit, ask him or her about what monsters lurk in Obamaís waiting room. Iím confident youíll get an eye, ear, nose and throat full. Itís ugly.
The surest remedy for Obamacare turns out to be Obamacare, go figure. Itís insane for Republicans to force an impotent shutdown vainly chasing a result theyíll end up getting anyway. Why squander an excellent chance of saving this country from the liberal poison it has been force-fed.
And make no mistake about it: the Democratic Party in its current form and content is pure poison. They killed Detroit and are well on the way to strangling a host of other cities, even entire states.
Fiscal bombs donít sneak up on you. The math is clear. Pay a growing number of people a growing amount of money from a diminishing pool and it eventually is empty. If I was a retired union guy, Iíd want conservative government. Yet they perpetuate those in office who are draining their pension pool.
Page 2 of 2 - Thatís just as stupid as a Republican David and Goliath fight to smite Obamacare with a debt ceiling pebble. The only thing smote will be common sense, if you can find any.
