Early voting for the Nov. 6 General Election starts today at four locations in Craven County.


Early voting for the Nov. 6 General Election starts today at four locations in Craven County, including one in Havelock.



Early voting will be 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. In Havelock, voting will take place at Suite 102 of the State Farm business complex near the entrance to the Westbrooke subdivision at 288 U.S. 70 West. Other early voting sites include the Board of Elections office on the first floor of the Craven County Administration Building at the corner of Broad and Craven streets in downtown New Bern, the Cove City Fire Department and the Vanceboro Fire Department.



Sunday early voting will be 1 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 21 and Oct. 28 at the county administration building.



Those who have not registered to vote can register and vote on the same day during the early voting period. However, unregistered voters will not be able to vote on the Nov. 6 Election Day.
